Welcome to iidea ("the App"), developed by KeyQuest Studio & 1clicksoft ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and web service.

- Account Information: When you sign in with Google or email, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo (if available).
- User Content: Ideas, descriptions, voice notes, images, and files you create and upload within the App.
- Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, and crash reports to improve the App experience.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the App's functionality
- To sync your ideas across devices in real-time
- To enable workspace sharing and team collaboration
- To process in-app purchases (via Google Play)
- To send push notifications (if enabled by you)
- To improve the App based on usage patterns
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, file storage, hosting, and cloud functions. Firebase Privacy Policy

- Google Play Billing: For processing premium purchases (Android only).
- Google Gemini API: Optional AI features, only when you provide your own API key. Your key is stored securely on your device.
- Telegram Bot API: Optional integration to save ideas from Telegram. Only activated when you explicitly connect your account.
- MyMemory Translation API: For optional translation features. No personal data is sent.
5. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud) servers.
- Sensitive data (API keys) is encrypted using platform-level secure storage.
- Workspace data is accessible only to members of that workspace.
- We use Firebase Security Rules to enforce access control server-side.
- Biometric authentication is available as an additional security layer.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- With other members of your workspace (ideas and profile info you choose to share)
- With service providers necessary to operate the App (Firebase, Google)
- When required by law or legal process
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data through the App at any time
- Delete your ideas and content within the App
- Delete your account yourself, at any time, from Settings → Delete Account in the App or at yesh-li-rayon.web.app (sign in → Settings → Delete Account) — no need to contact us
- Opt out of push notifications through your device settings
- Disconnect third-party integrations (Telegram) at any time
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete Account) removes your profile and authentication record immediately. Workspace content (ideas, comments) you shared with others may remain accessible to other workspace members, since it was created jointly within a shared workspace.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
